Cramer says that institutions are dumping large blocks. Nobody can get a handle on why.

Substantiative?...in the markets? <g> LOL...

Drop is perceived to be from:
- Fear of "financing blowups"....NT and the other arms supplier have been financing some companies to buy their gears...if this companies dont cut the mustard....
- Crude related jitters...increasing costs...ergo..slowdown on spending from carriers, etc....
- bad case of PMS....

Whatever....
- Looks ripe to be had at the mid-low 60's mark...maybe heading for a turn at least by 9/20th
- hoping to see support at $92 to $96 CDN support...if it holds...we could see new highs in the $160 range...if it doesnt...$80 bucks would be the next probable stop..
- Optical Buildout just starting....I dont think we've seen nothin yet....
