well I think that the effect from pooling and stock options combined with a huge market cap makes csco a terrible investment with nothing but downside risk. I see the chance for a upside gain only based on hype and wall street spin. The fact remains that they just the stock option expense csco carries smokes their earnings.

800 million options. If the stock ever went from $70 to $80 the stock option expense that would be mounted would be 8 billion....end result...no earnings.

The mere existence of 800 million stock options puts a halt on the stock price. It's a catch 22.
