Interesting that ML funds went from zero to over 18 1/2 million shares. A strong buy rating from ML would be nice at this point.

The ML funds guys are frequently ahead of the ML sell-side analysts. Given that the ML analyst recently ranked CPQ first for price performance through the rest of the year, it seems odd that he has only an Accumulate rating and $34 price target on it.
