Problem with NT is the sector has been hit from several angles. There is a fear that some customers are cashed strapped and may miss payments in these huge infrastructure projects. (CIEN last week). 2- Down grades and lowered earning outlooks. NT will bottom soon, hard to resist here, still waiting though, got to admit LU below 40 has me concerned a bit...
