Re L-2 fees: I was notified of the exchange-fee reduction directly by myTrack -- they issued a formal press release, and sent-out e-mails and on-line alerts advising customers that the fees HAD been lowered and that they were going to credit the difference to people who've already been billed for this month. So I assume that if THEY think it's "final," it must be. Maybe there's IS still some regulatory step left -- but if so, myTrack is apparently assuming that's just a formality and isn't waiting to let people know... Vagabond
