Enable(TM) Fuel Cell Featured
In TACOM Presentations

VALENCIA, Calif., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- DCH
Technology, Inc. (AMEX: DCH - news), a leading innovator of hydrogen fuel cells and
hydrogen-specific safety and measurement equipment, announced that the personal/portable
fuel cell developed and manufactured by its wholly owned subsidiary, Enable(TM) Fuel
Cells Corporation, was featured in an internal presentation on alternative powertrains to
military and civilian management of the U.S. Army Tank, Automotive, and Armaments
Command (TACOM) in Warren, Michigan.

Central to the presentation was a 1/10-scale model of a line-haul vehicle, which, for impact
purposes, was powered using a portable fuel cell. ``DCH was the only company able to
provide us with a working, appropriately-sized portable fuel cell within the time we had to
complete the demonstration truck,'' said Clauson.

``We were able to respond on-demand to the specific needs of TACOM-NAC, and now
are in a position to demonstrate the Enable(TM) Personal/Portable Fuel Cell to many
important audiences,'' said Dennis Reid, DCH Director of Marketing and Sales. ``This again
demonstrates our aggressive strategy to rapidly bring fuel cell solutions to everyday needs.''
