I read the merger agreement, which clearly states that the merger can be terminated by either party.

I was on a conference call with you and heard Mr. Wasserman state clearly that they terminated the agreement.

Now, following classical Aristotelian logic, that would indicate that AT THE PRESENT TIME, RTIN does NOT own RSI.

There is presently litigation pending that may alter that status, but the litigation has not run through to completion as yet.
