Nothing wrong with being careful. Let somebody else catch the falling knife. I like to wait for bottom to be formed and buy on the way up. Each day, you can see traders step in and try to go long at what seems like the bottom--notice how the stock has been trading up in after-hours each day. But the next morning, after a nice upward head fake, it's time to get dunked again. I prefer to let this trend run its course.
