Of course, you know they've milked a JPM takeover rumor for 350 Dow points. That with IBM for another 200 points before they realized they actually did a large part of their business in Europe.

They're announcing that CMB is to make a 30 B offer for JPM. That's around 10 percent more than the stock price.
