A little edification on red ground farming. To grow tobacco you need a registered tobacco farm. Gore has a registered tobacco farm. Now if you have a registered tobacco farm the government will give you plants. You have to plant the plants but if you plow them up the government will pay you for the lost crop. A registered farm will bring 10 times the amount that regular ground will.

Gore has come out against hemp in his pseudo anti drug campaign. Hemp isn't Mary Jane but it makes him look tough. If the government ever gets out of the tobacco gimmies the red ground will need the ok to grow hemp.
