What's happening with AMD's stock price. Intel is certainly not doing all that well, but AMD should be moving up sharply if the have the goods the way the AMDroids say. Something's really not right - either the price of AMD (way too low) or the info out in the public domain (way too optimistic). Something's got to give.

Tony thanks. I agree with your point about having all 3 OS (Microsoft NT/2000, Linux, HP-UX) supported on HPs servers now will be a future benefit for Itanium. The more installed base of software, the better. I just hope there's actually some 64-bit software to take advantage of Itanium! Also, looks like it will be fairly easy to upgrade to Itanium which is another plus.

You sure about NT running natively on PA-RISC? Who's doing all that work? Microsoft or HP?
