Dave, I think it is the perception from court case. But in reality the only thing that has happened is lower ct (as stated by TPJ) reviewed, couldn't understand the issue and granted whatever plaintiffs asked for. Then stayed the whole verdict realizing that it was hasty and probably unsure.

As per business fundamentals, I think MSFT's core business is on a sharp rebound. Why else would Snr. VP of sales comeout and say 30% revenue growth will come soon.

I think when SC rules, the stock will move sharply up. Also when earnings are announced in October, the stock will move further north.
