FEEDBACK FROM MRVC (Diana at IR) Relative to the LUMN ipo: -- filing was made in July (as previously known) -- feedback from SEC since that time has been "plain vanilla" and routine -- MRV has always (she said) stated that it was their intention that the offering would be out the door and on the market by end OCTOBER, not end September -- on track for that -- all original plans still enroute, totally committed to cutting edge technology, high profile management, top quality brokerage houses to do offerings, analyst coverage, etc. -- MRVC believes that will start to get the respect they believe they deserve once the first IPO is out there. That summarizes the gist of the conversation. I made a variety of suggestions relative to presenting a better investor and financial public image.
