I dont think so at this point. Any shrs issued will be locked up and come out in tranches to insiders. So I would suspect that they insiders will find some funds to sop up thier shrs as well at the appropriate time.This just puts the shrs back to sleep again till a buiyout or whatever happens down the rd. So I see it as a win win in the long term. They now have 100% of the project.
