Mag,

The S&P 1/4 zone line at 1480 is holding by a thread. It appears that it'll be tested. Watch for a day well under 1480 followed by a 17 or 20 point jump as the bulls and bears bring the battle to where everybody can see the whites of everybody's eyes.

Hi Mag,

You guys are the gurus, but I didn't really expect yesterday to be that great. Today might be a good bounce day though ... when I was watching CNBC at 7pm, their PR was in full force ... JP Morgan & Chase, Cisco's telephony products, Abby Cohen proclaiming the market is fair values ... although predicting earnings will only grow 11%.

IMO, The way this market has acted since May is ... when in doubt, return to the 200 dMA. I really think there will be enough bad earnings news to get us to 3500ish sooner or later, but when that passes, new buying will come in.

.... the question is into which stocks, lol.

Regards,
Chris
