29%, 28%, 18%, 23%, 1% these were the revenue growths for MSFT during the last 5 quarters. There lies the problem with valuation. As we go forward I expect it to look like 29%, 28%, 18%, 23%, 1%, 15%(Q1), 30%(Q2), 33%(Q3), 35%(Q4).
The will recover all lost ground soon, may be 2 months.

As per case, appeals ct or SC will rule in favor of Microsoft. Case will be closed.

...TPJ had it easy and did the only sensible thing. Bill Gates's bumbling-clown deposition was a ludicrous self-caricature...

Whether or not there has been a violation of law should not turn on yours or anyone's dislike of the defendant. Gates' answers were well thought out and intentionally careful. If this irritates and offends you, it shouldn't.
