Exactly... I'm starting to believe that this whole 'cash on the sidelines' thing is just a 'myth'.

This relates to what was discussed at one point today. As markets drift right in time, rising support comes ever closer to becoming overhead resistance. In the real world, this would mean those "less conducive conditions" you mentioned.
