DanDanDan,

Somehow I just knew you'd be here tonight to belittle the latest news.

After the entire industry signs the royalties paid to Rambus royalty will be passed on to the consumer as slightly higher memory prices. Is that what you think is going to slow growth way down?

You are dreaming. The royalties that will be paid to Rambus will be meaningless to all except to Rambus and to Rambus' stockholders, which, I am very happy to say, I have been one of for the last 27 months.

Barry

Dan, you are a lousy poker player, you got to know when to fold...Look at the technicals, if with the unknowns the base was pretty well established at $62.5, with NEC signing on the DDR and SDRAM deal, you are talking a trend. You should value the future earnings based on total DRAM shipments few years hence, add to that new applications which will be disclosed tomorrow in RMBS' road map and apply to these figures an earning models, mine is $4/share and a valuation of 25 PE is not irrational in the current market (next year is another story).
