POPM - There is a war being raged IMO. I believe there is a short position, likely from offshore so it doesn't show up on any sheets, in an effort to have it delisted from the small-cap. It probably originates with a crooked financing group from the past who preys on vulnerability to make money on the way up and the way down. But Stephen King is a pretty resourceful guy, just like his novelist namesake. He ain't going to lie down and play dead. The battleground is shaping up for a major confrontation soon. The paid bashers have been out in full force on the Yahoo thread...signifying the battle began some time ago. Somebody is going to lose big time and as in any fairy tale, I hope good (longs) destroys evil (shorts).
