There are two very serious problems: 1. energy supply, and energy prices, and what the increased cost of energy this winter will do to public psychology. and 2. we are running out of electrical capacity in this country. Very little generating capacity has been added in the past 10-20 years. If they built new ones, they would be gas or fuel powered (no one dare mention nuclear) and would take years to come on line, and then would use even more energy. San Diego residents may have to turn off their hot tubs!!!! Larry
