I agree 100% I think there are quite a few analysts out
there that believe the spending is going to stop,or slow
down with the big telcos.I do not agree,in fact by the growth of internet users around the world the telcos have no choice in the matter.
I bought SCMR and keep buying it on dips and will take whatever advantage of these weak moments to add to my position. ASND was not the end :-)d.a

Add to that the fact that SCMR's primary target market is NOT CLECs. Talk to any of these equipment suppliers and they'll tell you they have insatiable demand, even if some carriers go bellyup.
