Good point...I don't see that at least institutions should be gearing up to use this for various purposes, but point well taken that the insurance deal is key. I still think that the ampules and drugs are covered no matter what shape or form they come in. And the vaccine arena is open for to this type of system, and it would only take one to get the train rolling.
