<<and was heckling shorts at the time>> You know, long or short, there are many ways of making or losing money in the stock market. Fine. Whatever works is fine by me. But heckling respected posters, posting falsehoods, posting continuous crap, etc ("destructive" things, instead of "constructive" things) are things we don't have to stand for here on SI - it's one of the things that separates SI from the other threads. Most of us paid money to be here (although I'm grandfathered, as is our subject poster), and we just don't need that kind of thing here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion - positive or negative. People here are smart enough to filter everything through their experience, so they accept or discount accordingly. There is no reason to attack someone you disagree with though. Oh, and regarding "posting crap" <g>, I will admit to making my share of inane posts, but there is purpose even to that. People here have invested in MRVC and right now the longs are losing. People are nervous and uptight and nobody can blame them. A bit of "banter" or humorous posting helps cut some of the tension and FUD.
