Richard, you still havent bothered to answer my question about why Rambus ppl and ppl in your thread do all they can to diss DDR SDRAM, yet if they win their lawsuit they essentially will be getting revenues off of it.. and concurrent to that.. why RMBS has openly stated they will charge a higher license fee for DDR in an effort to make RDRAM more popular when DDR will be essentially their property as well and no longer in competition with RDRAM when its giving them revenues.

(BY the way.. this open admission by RMBS execs that they are trying to squelch DDR's popularity with the higher license fee in my opinion will come back to haunt them in court.. if thats not an admission of trying to gain a monopoly and kill competition.. I dont know what is.. this gives the anti-trust charges some credence in my view)
