it doesn't, because the market cap also goes higher due to the enormous dilution. ___ "GNET really brings the P/S down even more, yet some people chose not to include this in their FUD posts" Spydtr this is the epitome of misleading FUD. GNET dilutes INSP by 50% but also doubles their revenues and more than doubles their cash and earnings. This acquisition is accretive to earnings and makes INSP much cheaper on a price/sales ratio. Funny thing is calculating this is not a work of rocket science. Can't see how you missed this little fact. Tinker
