Like never sell a stock that's hitting support on the weekly chart, oversold on the daily, oversold on the hourly. NT and JDSU are 2 examples.

How can you tell if they are oversold?
I don't really understand TA but would be interested in knowing how figure these are oversold.

My reasoning for why they are oversold is just a hunch that so many traders have sold out along with many others assuming very aggressive short positions.
It is just the reverse of what happens when stocks are going up--more and more keep buying, pushing it to higher levels. I think now we are at a point where real selling is drying up but short selling is still in progress.
