Carl, And how long is NEC going to be making SDRAM? My sources say they are out of the business at the end of the year, along with Hitachi. Of course they are. If I was the fourth largest manufacturer of memory chips in the world, soon to become even bigger, I'd exit the business as well. It would be the only honorable thing to do. <G> And I'll be perfectly happy if NEC produces only DDR and RDRAM. Dave
