DWB, If that stylus and turntable symbol was meant to be an IQ symbol, it went over my head [which means something about my IQ I suppose]. I suspect it would go over a lot more heads too. I quite liked the colourful WirelessKnowledge Clown's Head symbol.

I don't think you'll see people wearing geeky "Check out my IQ" Qtee shirts. Anyone with enough IQ to justify wearing one would have the wit not to. The others won't want to anyway. They know they are not nerds and neither would they want to be mistaken for one.

I don't like the "Intelligence by QUALCOMM" or the "Go Brain Go" ideas either. People are nothing if not egocentric and they don't care how hot QUALCOMM is. They want to feel good about themselves. What they want to do is feel identity and affinity with their supplier of stuff.

For example, Castrol has a racy brand and boy racers flock to the Castrol logo. People who like cars like Castrol. Castrol and cars fit their identity and fantasy, dreams and hopes.

Children flock to Ronald McDonald.

The proletariat revolutions execute the intelligent. Mao sent them into the countryside. Stalin sent them to the Gulag. The Aristocrats of France went to Madame La Guillotine.

Q! can provide affinity with the connection to The Web. People want Internet. They want to Get It. They want connection and they want it now. Hence,
Get It Here...QUALCOMM
