TECHNICALLY SPEAKING my shorts are fine! OSX still over bought, trend is reversing, and CRUDE is down. So please stop the bashing of any short position! Lets see where we are in 2-3 weeks!

Good luck all!

Greywolf, The key is that there's lots of tough decisions to be made in the energy sector by our Country- and we are at a point in the decisionmaking process where "nothing is free" so to speak.

There are consequences on each side of each decision. For e.g remove dams and lets rivers run free. Are you willing to live in the dark say 8 hours/day over the hottest days of each summer?

Tough decisions need to be made and an energy policy implemented.... Texas enjoys an economic growth rate twice that of the national average, yet has managed to expand its electrical generating capacity and maintain about a 7-9% reserve capcity margin of generating assets. That reflects good energy planning to me and why I like George Bush Jr.....

With the exception of the Northeast, the same planning has not occurred elsewhere in the United States- and yet in the face of lower economic growth levels...
