Thanks Craig. I agree with you. However, in 1980 Americans were buying South African gold mining stocks driving prices to the point where the dividend was higher than the original purchase price. Nobody talks about SA shares anymore. You will have to wait for the next crescendo. If it ever comes, even trailer park will know how to spell Deelkraal. There was a time for Pacific Rim, Mexico and South America. So, I am hoping, that at the peak of the oil and gas hysteria - as Russians would say - Everybody Bonus.

Speaking of Bonus. Yesterday, one of the more active brokers on the buy side was Morgan Stanley. I'll bet the buyer was an American. The largest shareholder is SCF Partners (Houston, Texas outfit headed by L.E. Simmons, Matt Simmons's brother). The largest recent buyer is Wellington Management (Boston, Mass.). Maybe it's happening.
