Sector, it looks like MRV is likely to break support at $48 within the next few weeks, and then test $35-$37. Whattya think?

Sector, re: 12M shares. Also, 1.8M for overallotment which we will probably get. Total outstanding after offering 156M so 156M * 13 to 15 = 2.02B to 2.3B. Unless I am missing something. How did you get 1.3-1.5???

Actually its not just 1.5-1.8 billion market cap because the net proceeds are after expenses.

A better estimate of market cap would be 156m shares X $14 IPO price = $2.18 B
