PWTC stockholders meeting yesterday indicated that three things are coming together:

PWTC: patent for reticulated (open cell foaming) of electrode material to expose more
surface area to electrolyte.

Pending acquisition Bipolar Power Int'l (BPI): 25 years R&D experience... "having
developed a number of proprietary battery technologies" which PWTC will combine with
its patented metal-foam technology "in an accelerated effort towards the
commercialization of an advanced battery."
iccinfo.com

Industrial partner, Cominco: "world's leading supplier of high-speed continuous
manufacturing technology for the production of... battery plate electrodes. ...[their]
technology is firmly established with the world's leading automotive battery
manufacturers" with over 80 installations on 5 continents.

Even without the details of testing results (as of this hour), it looks like the pieces are
coming together as PWTC pursues its twofold mission:
"..To produce a new, environmentally friendly, more powerful, more efficient battery for
commercial use in the electric automobile and other existing battery applications.
...To generate income from the sale of licenses issued to commercial users of technology

and patents owned by the Company.

Toss in testing results good enough to improve the range and recharge of electric
vehicles, and we've got a real winner here, especially with California having reconfirmed
its demand for scheduled percentage of zero-emission vehicles. Looking forward to PR
Friday or Monday.
