Susan regarding that news release....acquisition? prnewswire.com I thought this was a merger.... if the AA's at Infospace keep calling it an acquisition then how are we to expect Joe public to think of it as a merger.....who wrote this news release anyway Punam???? Quigley would not have done that...what is happening to that guy anyway....someone send me a pm and tell me he is ok...I am worried about him. and robert...I have been trying to send big file data down to cellphones for a decade first using analog and special modems and now gsm digital....not very good....I don't know about cdpd or cdma but think they are probably no better. I think the key is all these current methods work well for small data sets and not big ones. If you want to send images really well you need a reliable and "special" carrier which I am not so sure is here yet.....I don't know how imode comes to do images so well in Japan but I suspect they have a carrier system to send better than here in USA....Metricom which I believe you own probably is the answer for big data... Infospace will actually benefit in short run from the shortcoming of sending bigger data set as their system is designed to work with small data sets...this is all what I think but do not know for certain.
