B: Sprint Orders 16,000 Wireless Broadband Routers(TM) From Hybrid Networks

SAN JOSE, CA, Sep 13, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Hybrid Networks Inc.
(Nasdaq: HYBR), the worldwide leader in MMDS fixed broadband wireless
Internet-access systems, today announced that Sprint Corp. (Nasdaq: FON) has
ordered 16,000 Wireless Broadband Routers(TM) from Hybrid for use in Sprint's
nationwide roll out of fixed-wireless Internet service to business and
residential customers.

The routers, which Sprint is using as part of a complete system developed by
Hybrid, enable computers at businesses and residences to convert data to signals
that are transmitted over radio frequencies, giving users two-way wireless
high-speed Internet access. Hybrid will begin shipping the Wireless Broadband
Routers next week and will complete shipments by the end of 2000.

"We've enabled Sprint to respond to the public's demand for high-speed Internet
access with cost-effective, rapid deployments," said Michael D. Greenbaum,
president and CEO of Hybrid Networks. "We're pleased to be an integral part of
Sprint's fixed broadband wireless deployments and will continue to develop
products to meet their customers' needs in the future. "

Looks like we get the capitulation. Remember the old Wall St. axiom: "When you feel like yellin' you should be sellin'. When you feel like cryin', you should be buyin'."

Rande, I agree with you - big gap down in the AM, for a final rinse and flush on weak longs, and a bear trap on overly greedy shorts.

Will be looking to go shopping - most likely focusing on fiber / telecom equipment makers.
