Whats Ironic is the long time veterans have been through this drill before. It is very dificult to sway those shareholders. We held when FA was not nearly as visable, and things like CHINA were a dream. I will also mention that at the time Q's valuation on forward earnings wasnt much lower either and Q had an enemic MKTCAP. At this time Q is a no-lose situation. AT 60 a share, baring a 1929 type crash in the next three years, Qcom will not lose an investor money. If CDMA growth slowed to 30% Qcom is still reasonably valued. These new 1999 shareholders are expecting gains like they had last year. That was an anomalie and Q will now slowly head higher for the next 10 years when it takes its seat next to CSCO and MSFT as the all time great companies.
