Howard--remember the other conference call...with Wasserman? He told us he terminated the agreement. While the call was ongoing, I looked up the agreement and verified that either party could terminate the agreement if a covenant were breached. I relayed that back to those on the call and even said that it was up to the one who was terminated to PROVE that they are not terminated. BTW, RSI financials might still need to be included up to the date of the termination letter OR totally backed out for the prior quarter, depending on what the accountants say. TG
