I don't use such a round, but the point is any round which will bust through the ribs of an elk was on the list of rounds to be banned by the law voted against by Cheney & most others in the know, btw, my choice is a nosler which ill(when swiftly driven) leave a large Pb doughnut & a solid clad core.
