They will only issue to the over-allotment. If demand is great the price will go up, a likely event, given the small float during the first six months.

ANYBODY HAVE A QUICK ANSWER TO THESE NUMBERS?

MRVC shares o/s x current price = MRVC market cap

LESS: value of Luminent shares @ lower of offering prices

EQUALS: Value ascribed to all else in MRVC at present

Sorry to seem so lazy, but I assume somebody here has already done this math.
