Nite: Update -- Two rumors currently making the rounds in the marketplace: 1) Company in talks to be acquired by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (sources note Morgan usually makes a market in NITE shares but isn't today); 2) Company may need to adjust financials to reflect accounting issues. (We don't make the rumors up, just report them). Based on market reaction to news company has pulled out of Merrill conference, investors viewing the buyout as the rumor most likely to come to fruition. Harry
