Why does the quiet period concerning Luminent prevent the company from making statements that affect the rest of the business? I see no reason whatsoever that would have precluded MRVC IO from releasing a press release ref the new shares. That would have gone a long way toward soothing investors worries. These type issues are confusing and are part of the reason people like myself wonder about the management.knc
