Personally, I believe that SNW.A got caught up in the fuel cell frenzy yesterday caused by California's new legislation requiring 10% of all new car sales, starting in 2003, have zero emission. Of course this should have had no impact on SNW.A because they are not proposing to produce fuel cells for cars, far from it, BUT what they do propose to produce is fantastic. Two other things probably caused the run up. Lack of sellers and the higher volume and price brought in the momentum players. The tremendous gains made by all fuel cell stocks are being given back today. Every fuel cell stock I watch is showing red.
