That is really a GREAT relief. Shifting the burden of proof to RSI is incredibly significant. It sure would appear that until they prove otherwise, they are indeed owned by RTIN. And you would think that their witholding of the financial data is a gross violation for which they should be held accountable....sorta sounds pretty close to blackmail to me, in a manner of speaking, IMHO, and all those other disclaimers...
