No the lawsuit against VSEA will not be billions of dollars. I think the first Class Action Lawsuit against VSEA may not exceed $40,000,000 and the one against its Director Susan B. Felch will probably not go above $8,000,000. I don't think she has assets greater than that, do you? There is of course those 800 hours of invasive Varian bathroom videotapes. So that could change the numbers, but I don't see it going into the billions as you suggest. I'll keep you posted on the litigation. The SLAPP affects us all, eh my Greek friend?
