No the lawsuit against VSEA will not be billions of dollars.

I think the first Class Action Lawsuit against VSEA may not exceed $40,000,000 and the one against its Director Susan B. Felch will probably not go above $8,000,000. I don't think she has assets greater than that, do you?

There is of course those 800 hours of invasive Varian bathroom videotapes. So that could change the numbers, but I don't see it going into the billions as you suggest.

I'll keep you posted on the litigation.

VSEA falls below $38! Headed for a new low!

The VSEA stock price continues to fall as news about the second costly legal defeat spreads throughout the investment community!

Time to sell?

The price of Varian's Susan B. Felch and her SLAPP lawsuit is indeed high, eh Demosthenes?
