Neocon, where's the beef?

Here is Bush's platform:

(1) Education is a good thing
(2) Prosperity is a good thing.
(3) Taxes are a bad thing.
(4) Drugs are a bad thing.

If Bush is asked to supply the least bit of detail, he starts acting like his father and speaking in tongues.

the surplus should be returned to the people who earned it ... otherwise, Washington will spend it.
Washington already spent it, in the 1980s It's now time to pay off that shamefull ripoff of our grandchildren's future and vow not to take the borrow and spend road again.
