No one said it would be exclusive. And it is not pandering. Programs with a moral dimension are more effective than others. 12 Step programs,for example.......

Given how many times Marvin Olasky has flip-flopped on such core personal affiliations as religion and politics it makes you wonder just when he'll decide "Compassionate Conservatism" was "wrong" as well?
