Hello cush. Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, my interpretation is not positive, although I could be being a little harsh. Here goes.

Their reasoning for poor revenue growth being due to their focus on costs is a little like saying, "I can't walk and chew gum". The management team also needs to remember that there is nothing wrong with costs as long as they result in greater revenues - there are good costs and there are bad ones. They have gone from one extreme to the other - from being wasteful to ultraconservative. The problem appears that management was not held accountable quickly enough and now the primary investors are frustrated and laying down the law - not wanting to invest en extra dime more than necessary while still seeing if there is any light. I would not be surprised to see some new leadership.

re: CDNX. Interesting. This may help the share price via greater liquidity but of course there will also be further dilution as I believe given the balance sheet that a significant financing will be required for both operating purposes as well as listing requirements.

Sorry, I hope things turnaround quickly.

I'll keep watching. However, I do not think its likely I'll invest in the next 6 months.
