Hmmm... bulls at %50, eh. When was the sampling done?

I really want to close my short for beer because I see that CSCO continues to graze higher and some of the second-tier leaders such as VRTS, NXTL, SEBL, JNPR, and PMCS are filling in and attacking their highs.

In fact, everything is catching some bids now.
