I think that it will be very hard for QCOM to convince the consumer to go with CDMA. But the good news is that in a couple of years all systems will be converted to CDMA and all the consumers including my clueless wife of three weeks will be buying colorful phones with great rates using CDMA technology. Isn't that the reason why we are all holding our stock? There will be no competition in the near future and we don't have to worry about the "Digital by Qualcomm" sticker on new phones or sales people knowing the difference between CDMA and TDMA. Can't wait.

QCOM, Toll Gate to 3G
Spinco, Engine to 3G

Let the show begin

>> my friend's always wonder why I can get and place a call out at Pebble Beach and they can't receive/place a call that doesn't drop or fizz out in 30 seconds...i tell them its the CDMA difference...

Better make that the Verizon difference.

Sprint doesn't cover Pebble/Carmel.
