Hi Mike: Thanks for the thoughts. Hey, you'll have plenty of opportunities still yet to come in this market. Don't think you made a mistake and missed jumping on a deal. Learn from it, and move on. Just don't give up. Get ready for the next one! Develop your plan, set targets, and execute! Adjust your plan as needed, but at least have one. If you do that, you will feel more comfortable knowing what to do and when so you won't miss those deals. Hang in there. Be smart, have patience, and you'll do fine. RR
