Bill,

Again I've heard and read of some concern. That's why GBLX and LVLT have seen their share prices fall from mid July. Once the concerns abated, they've risen again. (maybe even Q as well).

And to support that case, some research I recently have done leads me to believe that some conduits are filling up qtr's ahead of plan.

Are Europe and US in the same boat? Let's continue to look for datapoints on that.

There is no fiber glut. There is however a bottleneck in the Metro arena, both core and access.

I would characterize the current state of Metro bandwidth as being akin to having single carriageway, single lane roads instead of the multi-lane divided beltways, ring roads and major thoroughfares that exist in major US cities, if I can use a road system analogy.

The great Metro bandwidth build-out is just beginning.
